Administrative Services


The Administrative Division is an integral part of the Greenwood Police Department. The Administrative Division's efforts are essential for the smooth operation of the department and the effective handling of cases, ensuring that records are current and accessible when needed. The division is responsible for: 

  • Data Entry: Handling all data entry tasks to ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Record Keeping: Keeping department records up to date, including reports, case files, and other important documents.
  • Court Coordination: Working closely with the courts to ensure that officers and attorneys have access to all necessary information for trial.
  • Documentation Management: Organizing and maintaining documentation to support the department's operations and legal processes.
  • All Freedom of Informaion Requests (FOIA) in accordance with state and federal law.

Kristin Faulkenberry is the department's Administrative Assistant.

All city administrative offices are operated Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Vehicle Crash Reports


The Arkansas Department of Public Safety maintains the central repository of all vehicle accidents within the State of Arkansas.  Reports are usually available within ten (10) business days following the date of the crash.
